Appearance: Reginald has short black curly hair and darker skin color due to the fact he's Hispanic. His eyes are a icy blue and constantly lowering to parts of the body that they really shouldn't be. Normally, he wears an open white shirt with black or blue dress pants and speaks extremely formal. He's lean and tall, nearly 6'3. (This is when he's an adult. As a child his build seems off slightly. His limbs seem lanky and he's at an odd height.)
Hair: Black, short and curly.
Eyes: Ice blue and sharp.
Body: Reginald has a good build to him but is considered lean. While he does have muscle its not very noticeable unless his shirt is off.
Face: Reginald's face is 'heart shaped' with a sharp nose.
Clothing: ( for stage they start in, this info is given again on growth forms) Reginald likes loose fitting shirts, mostly button up ones, and slacks. He likes to look more classical or the ideal of a classical vampire.
Personality: He's cocky, arrogant and smart. He knows what he wants and will do anything to get it.. He's bisexual and will chase after anyone he deems worthy of his time. He prefers those who are weaker minded that are easily led into his view. Anything that he can find will give him an advantage he'll use, including lying. Of course, when caught in an awkward situation or a lie, he will most likely try to talk his way out of it... again, resulting in MORE problems.
Special Abilities: Eloquent speech, “Vampiric” abilities such shape shifting into a bat, and of course fangs.
Other Notes: Reginald has reading glasses and two scars. Both on his neck, one is cross shaped and the other are the two bite marks that made him who he is.

Mother
Reginald's mother was Sara Garcia Dias. A wonderfully kind woman whom divorced Reginald's father when he was very young. The vampire looks nothing like his mother with her brown flowing hair and deeply brown eyes. He took on a bit of her personality having a love for reading and learned English from her.
Relationship with her
While he loved his mother dearly the two weren't close. When the divorce ravaged the young boy's life, he choose to live with his father. He still visited her and his younger brother and from his mother he learned English. He also developed a life long passion for reading after he started to read to her. When Reginald turned ten, his world shattered, and his mother was left dead.
Father
Tristan Dias, at the age of thirty-six, Reginald's strict but loving father took a turn for the worse. He was the cause of the period of unrest in Reginald's life. With his black hair, sharp nose, and blue eyes, Reginald looks like a carbon copy of his father. He even gained the height. Because of his father he has strict Catholic morals, while warped due to his vampiric lifestyle.
Relationship with him
The relationship with his father is disturbing. As a child, Reginald looked up to his father as his hero. They were inseparable and he always encouraged Reginald to be a doctor. A year before the 'incident' Tristan began to act oddly and separated himself from his son, becoming ever more violent. The father bit Reginald when he was ten years old and fled to avoid a vampire-hunter, using his own son as a distraction. It failed and the boy was left alone.

Reginald has one sibling named Gregory. Gregory is intelligent, more so then his brother. Where Reginald lacks in the math department, this young boy soars. It seems the boys grew up opposite. Despite growing up with his mother, Gregory's sternness comes from his father. He's rash to jump to conclusions and holds a grudge. He hates Reginald for what he is, believing he killed their mother. Greg has the soft brown hair of his mother and the cold brown eyes. He's also a great deal shorter then his older brother, standing merely at 5'5. If the boy ever smiled; it will never be seen again.

Relationship with each
Gregory and Reginald never got along having such a break in their ages. Gregory was always trying to get light in his brother's attentions over his studies. Where Reginald would smooth things over with words, Greg took to violence. Thus, Reginald avoided his brother since they truly just did not understand each other. Upon his mother's murder and the discovery of the freshly made vampire in the room, Gregory's affections melded into loathing. Now only hate pours from the younger child and Reginald is lost, trying to redeem himself in his brother's eyes.

He has a few various uncles and aunts, the same one's who whisked Gregory away after his mother died and his father was presumed dead or the murderer. However, once he was turned, he completely ignored the want to go to them for help.

Reginald's closest friend is an older male named Kaisui. To match his personality and build just picture a happy biker. He's bulky but carries himself strongly. His long hair is wild and can't be tamed. He only reaches Reg's chest, standing at 5'2 but could make Reg have a run for his money. When Reg was turned, he was one of the few that willingly took him in. He found the poor child standing outside of a hospital, torn on whether to feed on the living or use the stored blood. Kaisui felt pity for the kid and took him in.

Greatest fear
His greatest fear is that he will not reach redemption both with his brother and God. Raised as a strict Catholic he fears he is already damned. However, many have told him that they believe that his soul isn't tainted since he hates killing.
What is the worst thing that could happen to him/her?
The worst thing that could happen to Reginald is to loose the only person he still considers family, his brother. While they don't get along, Reginald still loves his brother and would never be the same if he died.
What single event would most throw character's life in complete turmoil? Why?
The single event that would throw Reginald's life into the most turmoil would be to fall for a non-vampire. While he's a strong flirt with anything with legs, he can't stand he thought of loosing someone or worse, making them a vampire. It would disgust him to outlive them and it would kill him to even think of turning them.
Most at ease when
Reginald's most at ease when he's reading or walking along the shore at night. He's very thoughtful and loves to be alone during the last hours before daylight.
Most ill at ease when
The vampire is most ill at ease when its daylight and he's outside of the comfort of his coffin. He also despises being caught in lies which he uses to protect himself.

How s/he feels about self
He knows that he's strong but often feels weak. Sometimes he feels good about himself, and those are the days he's most active. Once in a while, though, someone will remind him that he is one of 'Satan's Hell spawn' and he'll fall into a depression. Wondering why he doesn't stake himself. While his mood swings are vast, in general he feels fairly good about being what he is and who he is.
If granted one wish, what would it be?
If he could wish anything? He'd wish that his family hadn't been put on the vampire curse. That his father hadn't become what he did. He would be torn due to the fact he likes his lifestyle as it is and wouldn't know if he'd like to ever change it.

Reginald's greatest source for strength lies in his acceptance of himself. Had he not been so open minded, he would have been a brooding vampire and a murderer. He could see the finer points of this new life and use them to his advantage.

The source of his weakness is his chosen life. He's unfaithful having believed that its useless to take on a mate. He lies to keep others unaware of what's going on but sometimes slips up.
Biggest vulnerability
Other then the obvious things such as silver, crosses, and holy water, his biggest weakness is his heart. Where other vampires are cold blooded, Reginald will do anything to hold on to even a shred of his humanity. He's easily tricked into helping someone that could be using him for unlawful or unmoral things.

Even though he's a vampire, Reginald strikes most as an optimist. He looks for every advantage in every situation. He doesn't see his problem as a disease but rather a gift that he must learn to use.

Reginald is slightly both. He loves to be alone to think and is devoted to select people. The vampire is also active. He loves parties and has 'acquaintances' but he's never truly faithful to any but a select few.

For talents, Reginald has a few. He's good with words and has a deep connection with most animals. Of course his vampiric strength and nightly ways are just a plus.
Mannerisms
Reginald is formal. Always using proper grammar and correcting those who don't. He's polite and very tidy. Everything has to go in its popper place. His books are done by author on his self alphabetically.
Problems/Crisis
How character reacts in a crisis
Simply put, he either flees or lies depending on the crisis. Reginald doesn't like to get caught up in them and would much rather get out of the way. If he causes said crisis, like more then one lover finding out about each other, he'll run away or settle it with words. Promising each that it won't happen again.

He reacts to change by going in stride with it. He figures if things change then it's for the better. Once you hit bottom you can only go up and that's his philosophy.

Favorite clothing
Reginald's favorite clothing is a simple wardrobe. He likes loose fitting shirts (mostly one's that button) and black slacks or dress pants. His shoes are dress shoes. While he knows how odd this makes him appear he thinks it gives him class. It also is very decently set with his body type.
Jewelry and other accessories
Reginald doesn't care much for jewelry but sometimes has a stud earing in his left ear. He also carries and sometimes is caught wearing his wire rimmed reading glasses.
