The castle was big, he'd quickly discovered that much. After the world had changed back to normal, Otacon had found his way in and started to just... Wander. Of course, he was lost, so that wasn't very good. He'd still not found his brother and sister, but at least he'd found the right building. Footfalls echoing down the stone passages, the anime nerd peeked into every room he passed. Nothing looked like it could hold a girl named Aurora or something named Ice Crystal. It made him feel a bit... Alone.
Peeking around a corner, Hal adjusted his glasses. Was he seeing things? Did that statue MOVE? Not only was he alone in a strange place, he was seeing things now! Despite the sweatshirt hoodie, he shivered and kept walking. This was creepy. VERY creepy.

Minerva wandered around the hallways of the castle with a calm look on her face, she had had a few bad encounters here but that was only because she opened the wrong doors. Assuming she was safe in the hallways was the only reason she was here by herself, as she peeked in a few rooms with windows.
Why was she here by herself? Well, after the world shift from the pokemon arenas, she had been told to find a girl by the name of Rogue. No luck so far. "Rogue? Hello?" She called out, hearing her voice echo in the hallways. She wasn't sure where this new girl was, but she had a feeling she wasn't in the castle.
Spinning her wand in between her fingers, she looked around the odd place, even when she was here with Puck she didn't go into this section. "Is anybody here?" She asked as she tucked her wand in a hidden pocket and sighed, if there was one thing she didn't like, it was being alone.

Stopping at an intersection, Otacon tilted his head. He heard someone, calling for someone else... He knew nobody named Rogue, but this might have proven to be something good. Another person! The boy looked around, soon figuring out which hall to go down, and took off running. Whoever it was, he was finding them! Being alone in a creepy place wasn't sitting well for him. A ghost or something might have come out of the walls!

Minerva paused and looked around as she stood in front of a wall, the choice of turning left or right, and she didn't have a guess as to which way wouldn't make her lost in a maze.
Turning left, she walked for a bit in silence before she began to hear footprints, footprints that weren't her own. They were faster, and heading in her direction, getting closer, and closer... Minerva quickly stopped walking and reached into her pocket to grab a hold of her wand, pulling it out and pointing itin the direction of the footprints with a shaky hand. The castle wouldn't do anything to her this time, she was going to make sure of it!

Rounding a corner, Otacon found he had to skid himself to a halt or he'd have a nose full of wand. Falling over from his sudden stop, he groaned and looked up. "Hi..." He blinked. The world seemed... Very fuzzy. Patting the ground, he looked for his glasses. Where had they gone...? "Um, do you see my glasses anywhere? I kinda can't see.."

Minerva's eyes widened, this wasn't what she expected at all! "Oh I'm so sorry, here, let me get them for you." She quickly ran over to where the glasses had fallen and picked them up, inspecting them for a few seconds before grinning, they were fine.
"What are you doing running around the castle, it's not safe, and I could've hurt you had you not stopped in time... sorry again, I wasn't expecting it to be a person rounding the corner." She spoke softly but with a big grin as she handed the boy his glasses.

Putting the glasses back on, the boy sat up and looked up at the girl. "I was looking for life, that's all. And I swear I saw a statue move, then I got lost, and I heard you calling for someone... So I just followed your voice and.." He paused, taking a moment to breath. "Nearly got a stick up my nose." Unsafe... Yeah, he could believe THAT one!

Minerva's cheeks tinted a light red as she placed her wand back in her pocket, "I-I'm really sorry, it was an accident. Not that that would've helped any, I know... but," She crossed her arms over her chest and looked around.
"You saw a statue move?" All embarassment of her mistake was gone as a little bit of worry set in, not that she would let it show of course.
Sticking her hand out to help the boy up, a smile graced her lips "Well, you found life. I'm Minerva."

Standing, Otacon waved a hand. "It's okay, it was stupid to go charging through a place I don't know."
"Yeah... Or at least, I think it moved... It might have been my eyes playing tricks on me." He glanced around, eyeing any statues he spied warily.
"I'm Hal Emmerich. But I suppose you can call me Otacon." He returned the smile, taking her hand and shaking it. "It's nice to meet you, Minerva. And a relief, considering what else I might have run into."

"Trust me, in this place... don't assume that it's all eye tricks." Minerva spoke with a smile as she shook his hand.
"Otacon, Hal... is there a name you prefer? And, likewise." Looking around a bit, her eyes fell upon Otacon again "So what are you wandering around the castle for?"

"Well, that's not too comforting..." He pushed his glasses up his nose a bit, for they'd slipped since he stopped. "Otacon works the best. And I was looking for someone..." He glanced at a tapestry, almost afraid the images would leap out. "A girl named Aurora and... Um..." He dug out the now massively wrinkled piece of paper and read it. "Ice Crystal. The latter is apparently shards of ice... How those move, I have no idea." He shoved it back in the pocket of his shirt, frowning just slightly.
