Why are you piloting a plane?! I'm sorry, but I just find this kinda funny. Small aircraft crashes into New York city building.
Anyways, sorry for the Canadian news link. But I'm sure you all can find better pages. Apparently the plane was carrying biological weapons, and purposely crashed into the apartment building (The address of the building is 524 E. 72nd Street — a 50-story condominium tower built in 1986 and located nearby Sotheby's Auction House. It has 183 apartments, many of which sell for more than $1 million.). And others say it might have been just a plane malfuntion. A stall, where there isnt enough wind pressure on the wing to keep the plane up.
Meh. I don't know. Interesting anyways. Discuss. Or b***h me out because I think it's funny that planes keep crashing into buildings in New York. Either or.

There were not any biological weapons on the plane! Where did you hear that?
It was a small four-seat Cirrus SR20 single-engine plane. It killed at least 4 people and one of those killed could be New York Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle since the plane was registered to him. The official said he did not know whether Lidle was at the controls but at least one other person was aboard the four-seat aircraft.
"The whole plane has a parachute on it," Lidle said. "Ninety-nine percent of pilots that go up never have engine failure, and the 1 percent that do usually land it. But if you're up in the air and something goes wrong, you pull that parachute, and the whole plane goes down slowly."
Administration records showed the single-engine plane was registered to the athlete, who just days ago -- after the Yankees' humiliating elimination from the playoffs -- told reporters that he was getting his pilot's license.
--I got all those qoutes from Yahoo News.

I was thinking what kind of news station could get things so wrong? lol.

I hear this isn't the first time someone from the Yankees has crashed a plane into New York. I'm not sure of exact dates or anything, but apparently, it's happened at some point in the 40's and again in the 60's.
I think we should just forbid the Yankees to fly. Period.

Well not so great that they crashed thier planes just the fact that other Yankees players have done this before in New York too. New York should have a law against any Yankees player flying a plane over the state of New York...unless they start crashing into other states, then mabey the US should just have a law against any Yankees player flying a plane anywhere.
