ok well here is the whold story. i bought the 360. i was eager to get it running and to play on XBL. so i set up my account and then it MADE me put in parental settings. i cant remember the the password to the parental e-mail.
the problem is that i put in random names and information cause i wanted this thing to go quick and i didnt think that i would ever need the password again. well now that i cant remember the password, i cant download anything that cost money(microsoft points)
i called the xbox tech support people and they said they have zero acces to my account. and they cant get to the parental password without ALL information i put down for like names and occupation and stuff.
they kinda shot themself in the foot on that one. so now im a 360 owner that is unable to enjoy all aspects and freedoms of the full console. does anyone have any suggestions?
anything would be greatly helpful
lol im kind of an idiot for not using common sense on this one.

You could do the "evil" thing and buy a new 360, then return your old one saying the new one you bought didn't work.
lol
Other than that, I would just make a new tag. This time lie about your age; you won't need parental information if you're over 18, or at least they think you're over 18.

They're supposed to act like it and not tell you any information over the phone. After all, you couldn't prove that you weren't some random guy that saw a gamertag and is trying to get some background information on it.
As for your problem........ I'm sorry to be so blunt, but you're screwed. Your parents don't know any imformation that could help?

Just make a new Gamertag, every new profile you make gets a free 1 month gold.
