Basking, thats what this cheetah was doing, basking in the warmth of the sun. Water was near him and so was shade but he seemed to enjoy the heat too much to move toward either of them. This was his day to relax for him to release any problems he might have. Kikahawia'Kikavu was in heaven so to speak.
The pale tan cheetah closed his pale green eyes as he nearly drifted off into sleep in the warm weather. Wrapping his long tail around his body he eventually did drift into sleep only to wake just moments later needing to drink something.
Lazily he got to his paws and wandered over to the watering hole, lapping up some of the water.

Kasa'uziwa's name stood for green turtle, and she was just that. She was laying in the water quite a ways from where the tan cheetah was drinking, her entire body was cold from the water, but it didn't matter, she liked the water.
"Hello?" she gurgled, her head the only thing peeking out beneath the sludge that she had covering her body. She was quite shy, that is why her mother called her turtle, "Are you a bad creature?"

Kika's name stood for the color of his fur only a shade off. Light brown was what his name meant and for such a small meaning his name was really long. "Hello?" He repeated looking up and around to see who was talking to him and then he spotted the lioness and said most cheerfully "Hello!"
"Bad? Me? No no I promise I'm not you can smack me if I'm wrong I swear I'm not a bad creature...." He trailed off before asking "Are you?"

She blushed furiously, her eyes twinkling with excitment, something to birghten up her day. She emerged completely from the water. She was covered in soft green algea and it slipped off of her brown form easily.
"No, I am not bad...promise you will not hurt me?" she was shy, and that's all that mattered to her, this creature..what ever /he/ was, was not going to hurt her.

"Hurt you? Hurt you? Now why on earth would I hurt such a lovely creature such as yourself?!" Kika replied to the lioness being completely honest. "Allow me to introduce myself Miss, My name is Kikahawia'Kikavu, but please call me Kika, since it will be much easier to remember than my full name."
Kika gave her a cheerful smile before asking "What is a beautiful creature such as yourself doing hiding in the water? Why don't you join me in the warmth of the sun?"
