This is a very long overdue post concerning some conduct within the guild.
To put it simply I am very disappointed and disgusted at how some people have been acting. As a guild we should be treating other members with respect. I'm not saying you have to agree with everything someone else says but the least you can do is respect their opinions when they voice them and not turn on them like silly little kids who have nothing better to do than to try and put someone else down trying to make yourself look cooler. I've let these actions go unpunished for too long, and as a guild owner I've failed in that respect. I'm sorry to all of you for that.
To 8Bit Jack, Amai Tora, Hardgay, and anyone else who I've forgotten to mention, but has caused trouble, this is a warning. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior any longer. Your conduct within this guild has been highly distasteful (to put it lightly). If you have the inability to shut your mouths and keep your conversation respectful then leave or you will be banned. I usually try to follow the "three strikes" policy but I can make exceptions. You aren't five years old anymore, grow up and stop bringing back s**t from school. It's not all about you. I shouldn't have to be your babysitter.
To everyone who has been hurt by any of these individuals I am truly sorry for your sufferings and will try to be better and stricter about handling this kind of conduct in the future.
I'm sorry that post this has come so late.

I have never once "caused" trouble. Any threads I make are neutral, and any individual posts are my point of view on the subject. Just so I can better back myself, I'd appreciate you cite examples as opposed to you automatically thinking you're so high and mighty. I understand Brad probably came whining to you (sheer assumtion, mind you- based on exchange of messages and the timing of this post, it seems likely), but just because he's acting like a 5 year old doesn't mean the rest of us are.
You also seem to forget what exactly this guild is for. It's not for you and your friends to go psycho-mod on everyone, it's an open forum for the Gaians of Washington. If someone is going on an all out assault, stalking someone, making threats or whatnot, then it would be cause for alarm. Let people have their opinions, and also allow others to disagree with those opinions. That's what we call life. If we aren't allowed to discuss things freely, then there's no reason to ba a part of this.

I havent forgotten at all what this guild is about sir, and neither have I or any of the other mods gone power-hungry. In fact, we really havent done much in the way of anything, which is sad in itself. I know this guild is about people, I'm not an idiot. Because it's about everyone is the reason I'm trying to make it at least somewhat enjoyable for everyone and I dont need people like your friends trashing others. People can have disagreeing opinions and not have to result to bashing other people people within the guild specifically in order to voice them. I already said that we didnt all have to agree on everything, but I guess I had to repeat myself. And about the examples, they're right under people's noses if they really want to go see them. I didn't feel it necessary to nit-pick every little thing.
Oh, and if you and Brad are having a little tiff it has nothing to do with me or this guild.

If the history of this guild is true then we'll need to enforce these rules with more vigor in the politics section.
