This is a place to discuss Ohayocon gatherings. (one before the convention, at the con. or even ones held after the convention)

Oh, and on a gathering note. Currently Plans are going on for an Ohayocon Meetup for Halloween at Easton. One huge suggestion is come in costume!..lol

The 3 most popular dates people are talking about are October 26th, 28th, and the 29th.

Please post which dates you woud rather see it happen. I will be keeping track of both threads.

I should be able to make it to the Cleveland one... although Parmatown Mall SUX! Tower City is much better *nods* Or someplace even cooler like the Old Arcade or the Colonial Marketplace. Actually, the Old Arcade would be a great place for a photoshoot. But not so good for random wandering/shopping. No stores in there that cater to otaku methinks. The Colonial Marketplace has a good wig shop....

I'm rambling. I'll shut up now.

You know, the only thing I ever do when there's a Gameworks meetup is head straight for the shooting section and work on my marksmanship with the two Quick and Crash cabinets with an occasional break over at Samurai Showdown V behind the big screen. Though since I've discovered Guitar Hero I might switch things up and take a swing at Guitar Freaks.

So I'll be there, but you probably won't notice unless you're waiting around the DDR machine the same time as I'm giving my wrist a break.

The easton one, is almost a no go. Only you,. and one other have even mentioned about going to it,. and i am about to move it to a winter one. Not sure though, keep posted.
