I can't play any of the games, and I have been trying to update Flash but nothing happens when I download it and try to install it. I'm using FireFox.

The only bit I have to offer is to ask if you uninstalled it first? Other than that I am useless for help.
Flash doesn't work all that great for me either.
The shop wizard on Neo gives me an error message and crashes the entire window, all the tabs in it. Something to do with flash. Happens a couple times a day, but only on Neo.

i agree that flash is a bit of a pain in the bum, it keeps telling me i need to update, but i have the newest version sweatdrop

Well, whatever I did, it worked. I did un and re install it Bppy, it did the trick.
