ahh...the younger generation just doesn't appreciate 90's slang. Remember when talk to the hand used to be really insulting....those were the days......not really, I hated the 90's.

And I don't ever remember it being insulting. I laughed at people who did it. blaugh I think I was 7 when that saying was popular here. Whenever someone did it, I thought they looked ridiculous. If it was directed at me, I'd usually bite their fingers then fall over laughing at the look on their faces.
