It's not worth it. None of the display case weapons and armor are worth keeping. They are just that-- decorative. If you do ever get a house, stash it there, but they are completely useless. Enchanting them is a waste of time, since you could enchant rusted iron armor and still get better results.

the elvan armor is light armor so its ok for assassin but wait to get better at sneak befor u get boots but u probly wont find more armor layin around elven armor if found on bandits around lvl 15 if you look enough you can find some but it would be a wast of time lvl your char first
And what does that mean, exactly? If a level one wears Daedric Armor, granted, lacking the Heavy Armor skill, it won't be as good as it could be, but it would still be better than steel armor or iron armor.
