Heh heh...old man Cecil...such a perve...He scared me the first time I talked to him, but he grew on me (Not literally! scream )
For those of you who do not know who Cecil is, he's the old man in Marr's Pass. He just stands there and walks and stuff. He's involved in a "Love Letter" sidequest.
Hmm...so what are your opinions of him?

He was okay, but he grew on me too when it came to that sidequest, lol.

He was creepy the first time I met him, and he continued to be until I completed the sidequest. Then I saw him and the other lady dead.
Thinking about it, he never stopped being creepy to me (a little sweet, too, though)

The first time I saw him my friend and I were playing (both as female characters), then we talked to him and were like "OMG pervert! Ruuuun!!!"
The second time I saw him I was with two more friends(plus the one that was there the first time, exept this time I was playing a male and so was this other girl) and we're kinda a buncha weirdos so we made jokes about him and how it would be funny if he started hitting on the two guy characters in our caravan. >.< Our caravan's a bunch of perverts anyways, we make Cecil look like an innocent child.
Haven't heard about the loveletter side quest before.
