They're created due to the games where blacks, whites, and mexicans all have a common goal: have sex and pimp a asian girl.
So, in order for asian families to defend their female children, they created their own gangs to battle it out with the dominant ones.
The only thing that scares gangsters and poser gangsters are the equally powerful ones.
