[Gothic Waffle]

Just tried to design an outfit around the elftech hat and the scarf, and this is what it barfed out =.=;;
so, need some rates, but mostly suggestions.

it needs more white in my opinion and i think you should change the top.
not sure what you should change it to though. sorry.
