I saw there was confusion about 'wa' and 'ga'. :0
I read a book a while back, I'm not sure how interchangeable/effective the method is overall, but it said to read は like this- "As for [topic pointed before]", and が as "It is ___ which/who/etc.". For example, 猫はしっぽが長い。As for cat, it is their/his tail which is long. Unnatural sounding, but it's there if you need to break apart a sentence.

Or if someone would ask, 誰が行きました? They each stress a response independently.
行きました ー I went. [Most neutral- unemphatic]
私は行きました ー Me? I went.
私が行きました ー I went.

You wouldn't say 私 often because the answer to a question with a question word such as 誰 takes が as well. I believe は would actually be the one putting emphasis this time.

Tell me if I'm doing anything wrong right now,
but I'm thinking about putting a test up.
It'll help people who are serious about the language to practice it.
So, here's what I want you all to do:

Translate the following verbs into japanese:

arrow (will) Eat
arrow (will) See
arrow (will) buy
arrow (will) wait
arrow (will) return
arrow (will) write
arrow (will) swim
arrow (will) speak
arrow (will) die
arrow (will) read
arrow (will) play

Now, once you've done that, conjugate 5 (or more) of them in the following ways:

Past
Negative
past negative
polite present
polite past
polite negative
polit past negative

After this, translate the following adjectives:

arrow Hot
arrow Good
arrow Cold
arrow Attractive
arrow Alright

Now conjugate 2 (or more) of those adjectives in the same ways as you conjugated the verbs.

As you can probably tell, this would take a lot of work, so I doubt many people (if anybody) will do it. Still, it could be a great way to practice using the language so you'll get better at it. I encourage everybody who is struggling with the language to take this quiz. Trust me, you'll be much better at the language after taking this quiz.

I, personally, don't think I need anything with verbs and adjectives right now, I need more help with particles... sad

I don't think I'm creative enough to make a test for particles (especially since I'm not too good at them either).

I know this is horribly out of place, but I read the highlighted stuff as testicles when I glanced down the page xd
