Umo laughed, watching her be playful. Boy, something so light colored wasn't vane or pushy at all. She was nice and sweet. How could something so calm and cool be family. He supposed his father had some good things that passed onto his children, even if they were all dead. At least he hoped. The last thing he wanted was his fathers children in the world. Distasteful at that thought, he looked too the genet on his back. "Cute. Well, I do not see frogs as cute but I suppose I can see them as cute, after I eat them." He said, with a laugh, watching her apparent curiuosity at the swamp. He smiled.
"I am hoping Kikawaida will want cubs again. I know she is having a hard time letting our first child go.. but I am confident she will." He said warmly smiling. "The swamps are a wonderful place. More beautiful than you can imagine."

Sakitu looked to Umo with a smile and sat down and began to clean her paw again, then put it back down then she looked back to Umo, he was beating around the bush and she knew it, what was he doing just taking his time? She was family, but then again, she could have very well been an assassin out to get him, though… she wasn’t any thing of the sort. ”Umo?” She broke in of him talking about his wife and child, ”Can I meet your family? Looking to the genet then back to her brother, ”I mean the rest of your family.”
((OOC: Sorry its short, I beat my muse out with working on the guild, please take the time to look at it? Maybe add some things??? PLEASE???))

Umo looked too his sister and smiled warmly. An aunt for his children. His crimson eyes widened at the thought of Kika and Sakitu meeting and he was pleased. Kika needed some female friends to relate too. "Of course you will meet my mate.." He said with a smile, licking the tip of his nose with his tongue. He curled his tail around his back end and felt the ground with his claws. To see his little sister playing with his children would be the best thing in the world. He looked up with a smile.
"But for now I want to talk to you alone... because I want to know things... so... tell me... how are you really doing?" He asked, his flat voice as ever but his face was stern. "I mean.. well.. what made you leave?

It was good to see a positive reaction out of some one for once, instead of her doing something out of her own will and it being completely rejected, he actually took to it as if he where please, Sakitu didn’t really know how to respond but she tried her best and smiled to him warmly, this lion was her brother, that fact hadn’t really set in yet, but… Perhaps with time it would settle in. Taking a glance around she sat down and began cleaning off her chest then when he began to speak again she looked up with her tongue hanging out slightly.
In reply she nodded and didn’t change her own posture when he did, his stern face and flat voice caused her to yawn, not because of what he was saying, but he sounded like their father when he began ”lecturing”, but with a few seconds her face did harden into a stern look as well, not so much stern but serious, ”I’m not doing all that good brother…” to his first comment, and then she looked down with a sad face, ”I don’t know if I know who I really am… Our fathers… well my fathers brother, attacked me… like I was his mate…” Looking up with her lip quivering, it was a fact she hadn’t ever really come to grips with her abusive uncle, and for another fact, she was controlled all her life and knew little of who she was in side. ”I couldn’t take being hurt any more, my father just laughed about it to the rest of the pride as if I where crazy, but he knew it was really happening… he just wasn’t king enough to face up to it… And you know! Something like that within your old pride would’ve gotten you killed and you’re whole family executed!” Her voice had rose towards the end of her sentences, the entire thing was making her angry, when she left, she had spent many sleepless night pondering the thought of returning to the pride and killing her father, well… trying to at least…

Umo sympathized with his sister. When he was back home... he was also treated diffrently and disliked it. He felt degrated and ashamed and down right... horrid. He was violent after he left and slowly mellowed out... and so far none of his offspring got that lovely gene. He sighed. "I know how it is... but you know who you are Sakitu... you just have to find yourself again... I had to shove all of myself down into my brain to keep it safe and it took me a while to get it back" He said, looking over his shoulder for a moment, his crimson eyes thinking back to old days and hard days. The days he purposely never visited ever. He shook his head and looked back.
"I got violent after i left... I imagine you are having the same thoughts too."

She was one to be optimistic as well, seeing her living brother, a relative that didn’t hate her because of her white fur and pink eyes. Smiling to him, she giggled and rubbed against his firm side, ”Yeah, it’s all crazy in here…” her pink eyes rolled around and her paw went clock wise around her ear, hovering just a few inches over her head. Then she placed it back to the ground then hesitated and picked it up and began cleaning it, and then she looked back to him and put both fore paws on his shoulder, though because of her size it wouldn’t effect him, ”It’ doesn’t matter what goes through my mind now, because now… I have you, a loving brother.” She let her legs wrap around in a hug like manor, ”I love you Umo.
((OOC: I don’t’ know about you but what if Umo’s mate seen her hugging him and say that? Maybe a little plot for us all?))

Umo felt this floating happiness fill his heart. He had someone from home. Though he hated home... he had someone from home. Someone he could care for, sure they really wouldn't reminise much about the past... but that was perfectly fine with Umo... Indeed. He never wanted his daugther to know anything about his past... Everything. He shook his head from his thoughts when she propped herself upon him. He smiled, rubbing his cheek against her before she hugged him. He sighed exageratedly. "Oooh, Sakitu you goof... you certainly did not gain fathers personality at all did you?" He asked with a smile, his crimson eyes shutting slightly.

Sakitu rubbed against her brother over and over again, loving nudges that felines usually did to put smell of him into her memory, he was very warm, and his smell was warm as well, despite his dry voice and antics, her brother seemed to be a very loving and loyal individual, she longed to see his family now, and her voice cracked into a purr, ”Can I see your family now, or do you have to keep questioning me big brother?” She chuckled, mainly to herself but her brother made her feel warm inside, it was a strange feeling, something none of her other siblings or even her parents could do for her.

Umo watched her graceful movements with a slight intrest. His mother... their mother walked that way. Something about Sakitu sparked a memory of their mother, when he was still very small... and her greeting their father. THeir mother loved their father dearly, despite his ways and despite his meanness. Something inside him told him that his sister was the same way... she too would love someone just like their mother did. He blinked his crimson eyes quickly, looking too her with a smile. Actually, now would not be the time to visit my family. You see. My wife... she is due with her cubs soon... very soon and it her religion does not allow strangers near her at this time... He said, looking too her with a slightly distilled look.
But once the cubs are born, I am certain you will be able to visit my mate... but until then... it will have to wait. I hope you understand sister.

Looking over her brother she noticed her looking at herself, she smiled and blushed to herself and chuckled, and looked to the swamps, ”Well then, do you have another place we can hang out? The desert is starting to dry my skin out.” Standing she hopped around Umo playfully, hoping he would join her in an adolescent game of tag, she rubbed against him and slapped his hind end, with a squeal she veered off away from him, ”Umo! I bet your too fat to catch me!” She laughed playfully and took off into the dry section of the swamps, turning just at the line, unknowing if he was right at her tail she held a huge smile on her face, she wanted to connect, and she wanted to learn about her big brother.

Umo watched his sister for a moment, a sly smile crossing his lips as he stood and stretched. It had been a long time since he had run for the hell of it. It had been a long time since he ran along someone other than his mate. It had been a long time since he had thought back too his family and what he may be missing right now. He shut his eyes before turning to her and with a laugh spoke. "Perhaps I may be a bit plump, but my mate feeds me well. I cannot help it if when I walk I sway. -Keeps me warm at night." He said with his normal flat voice, looking towards the horizon. He chuckled, looking back to her. He followed her, padding after her. Then with a jolt, sped off towards her, his speed surprising for his size.
He was a large male, there was no denying that. He had muscles hidden under a layer of fur, giving him the appearance of a 'fat lion' but that was not the case at all. He was large, and would produce large offspring. That was what his body was ment to be. He moved with such grace that most were surpised. He ran smoothly and strongly, up to his sisters side. "Shall we run like we grew up together?" He asked.

Running at a reasonable pace she glanced back towards her brother, and gave a sly smile as he moved up beside her. She wasn’t so much surprised by his fluid motions, but how he could be keeping up with her without loosing so much energy. He had used a lot just to catch up to her. He was a male of course, and they where stronger, but lioness’s had more endurance and could run longer, but this wasn’t to out do one another, it was simply to have fun. Loosen the mood, she shrugged and picked the pace up a bit more, just to see what he’d do, for her it was a quick trot, for him, it’d be a very quick walk. He was large which meant he had longer strides, which allowed him to move faster, with less energy.
Speaking of all this energy, this lioness was filled with it. Every portion of her body was filled with static, she was so happy that she had met some one that was from her family that was so quick to accept her. Part of her felt that it was too good to be true. For now how ever, she simply wanted to enjoy the presence of another without worrying about later… Bumping into him with a playful smile she looked towards the swamps and moved into it’s shadow. Her feet where so used to the dry sand that gave a lion so much grip to the earths surface to the mud of the swamp that made it almost impossible to change direction; she had recognized the change in surface and thought about slowing her pace. Then again this game wouldn’t be any fun if she slowed it down. With a deep growl she picked her speed up to a sprint, and moved under and over the large roots that where used to pull water from the ground into the treetops.
Only taking a second to look back to her brother, who would be left to catch up, she laughed aloud, looked back, winced and without any more sound she disappeared from view. She hadn’t anticipated alligators, and hadn’t ever seen one in her life until now, at first it looked like a large moving root, strange but she was simply going to ignore it, but now that it snapped at her and she couldn’t help but move towards her. With a matter of luck, she had avoided a lethal snap to her throat, caught the blow with her shoulder. It tore through her flesh like butter and the gator hadn’t hesitated to move in for another blow, hoping to destroy this threat to her nest. The mother Alligator was new to this region and hadn’t the time to search the area before she laid her eggs. Rolling quickly to her feet she avoided the other attack and watched at the gator that turned towards her after letting out it’s threatening hiss. Standing to her feet she watched at the gator moved over it’s nest, snapping its jaws and hissing hysterically. Sikatu wasn’t scared as much angered by the random attack, but she had seen this mothers nest and decided just to cower away. Jumping strait back onto dry-ish ground she gave a roar and turned away looking for Umo.

Umo was far from what others thought of him. He was not fat-but built wide and big-like his father. He could not outrun a female, that was fact, but he kept up at an amazing pace and was not out of breath quickly. He was so happy-there was something that had been missing in his life-replaced... brought back to him when he had not had it in the first place. It was odd... but he had the same happy feeling-as when Kika had her first cub-his daughter.
He bounded beside her, laughing at her playfullness. He had only run like this with his Mate-and that was long ago. The rough terrain slowed him greatly, he was not as lithe as she. He bumbled over the roots and such, his pink tongue sticking out. He was fine over flat land, but this was difficult. Before he knew it, he had stopped and rested, panting. He sat down and coughed a moment before he thought he heard something. Lifting his head, he looked around puzzled. Sakitu? He said aloud, standing up and heaving himself foreward. He blinked slowly and walked towards the hill where his sister had fallen.
He spotted the mother alligator and his sister-made the connection and made it a point to step in between her and the mother. He growled lightly, ushering his sister away from the area-so he could tend to her wounds.
