I have invested quite a kot of my gold into halloween items 2 months before. I got them VERY cheap and I will sell them on the next h2k6 update.
I plan on doing the same with the H2k4 Christmas items.

hmm...well i usually invest in donation items...it takes a long time but the price goes up dramatically, like the demonbow for example, last time i was on 9000g-10000g, now 20000g

It varies really...
One time I invested in something weird like the grunny slippers for a smaller profit...a month later, a group decided to inflate them... mrgreen
Right now I have a hoarde of Cocos and Katanas

I like to invest in donation items, but I have a couple of the halloween power drinks left over that I'm hanging on to. I think the weapons increase in value the best. Cutsie things don't go up as fast...
