Taking down three zombies, I look around. Hopefully flik knows what he's doing, or I'm screwed. Seeing Nyte behing me fighting the vamps I figure I should probably get back to shooting. It's either kill or be killed. I just hope flik can do what he needs to do.

I see Ve and Velette on the ground and swoop down to get between them and anything else so they can recover.

A couple of zombies lunge forward towards the girls and my blade flashes. The corpses return to their eternal slumber.
