My personal favorite? Well...
Karas. The quaility of the animation is amazing. And the story is interesting as well. ^^

I Just finished watching Fruits basket! But I like the manga much better because they edit so much things in Furuba and It kinda drives me insane!! >_<

Ah! My Goddess! is pretty good. It's on anime6.org
It's about a guy with really bad luck making a wish to stay with a goddess he just met forver. It's a love comedy and there's some magic and fighting. Urd is a freaking awesome character.
