lol i was as red as my dress -was the shy quiet one in highschool that everyone knew and feared when the choir was doing a fundraiser- word of wisdom: wear straps. my ma [mom] use to be a high dollar seamtress for the big Mardi Gras gowns and stuff, she made my dress, shawl thing and hair pieces and i spent almost $400 on just jewelry[ a diamond necklace, a pearl necklace. i made my own earings out of the left over antique pearls from my grandma's necklace] $50 on gloves, i had a COMPLETE Mary Kay makeover for free, $125 for my shoes and my other grandma gave me her one $275 purse.
Holy crap, thats a LOT of effort into looking good! ~ XD
Wow. I don't think I'll go that crazy with my prom but I will definately dress up. :3
And thank you the advice! I can never wear a dress without a bra or straps. XD
If the dress has straps and chest support, and it's tight on me, then I'll be alright without a bra. xD
