This isn't going to be a direct translation but here's a little paraphrasing
first they were saying they are going to make a guy look like the newest Gackt.
About 100 people are going to crowd into the meeting place to see him.
The host guy says that it seems a special guest inside that room. When he opens the door he says very politely that he is there/ he has come.
"Of Course, ITS GACKT!" (a subtitle)
Voice over says Gackt is popular among young people, etc.
Host guy introduces himself.
"Gackt, you're the (honorable) real one, aren't you?"
"There's only one answer..."
He apologizes for having him come to a closet like that and Gackt says its totally fine. Then he says he wants to ask him so manythings.
"Whats your favorite food?"
"Um, Kimchi or..." (kimchi is a korean food if you dont know, delicious)
He asks him how he feels about this whole thing and Gackt says if he looks like me I don't care at all. He doesn't feel offended or anything. If he doesn't look like Gackt though, he might explode (get angry, blow up, etc.))
"Can Haraguchi (the impersonator) satisfy Gackt?"
They say the live is about to start. Gackt can watch the monitor.
"Thank you. I don't resemble (him/Gackt)." Then something about Today, for as short as ten minutes or for as long as ten minutes... its ELEGANT.

Someone from the crowd says: "He's totally different!"

Haraguchi: "Here's the real thing (said of Gackt)"

The UTABAN MC (you know him right? interviewed Gackt several times)
He asks him what he thinks about it.
Gackt responds saying what is this even (referring to the shirt).
