Hi Guys... I'm new here and I just wanted to introduce myself and one of the most fun things to do: playing offbeat.
I'm Nyarli_JayVee. You can call me JV for short.
Ok guys the question of this topic is wether you like syncopation: off-tempo playing not in the downbeat, but actually in the upbeat as drummers call it.
It's actually pretty fun once you get the hang of it, if you want to get a hold of some off tempo hear to some Joe Pass or Dream Theater.
