History:
Born to a lioness that refused to name the lion she mated with to conceive him, Varick and his mother were shunned for most of his earlier days by her uptight pride. After his mother’s sudden death, Varick was taken into his aunt’s pride of females and raised there happily for a few months. As things seemed to be in his young life, the happiness was once again taken from him when a rogue male kidnapped the young cub in hopes that he could train Varick for his own pride. Killing Varick’s aunt and a few of the females of the pride who had tried to protect him, the rogue lion escaped with Varick only then to lose the sly cub in the grasslands. Varick escaped the fate he had almost been forced to accept though he was now far from anything he knew and… he was alone. Knowing he could never return with the guilt of his Aunt’s death on his shoulders, Varick set off on his own…
Personality:
He is very friendly with every lion he meets but he is very introverted as well. To really know what he is thinking even if he is laughing or being his usual clumsy self is a rarity as he only tells those he trusts. Although he is an introvert, Varick is loving towards his friends, zany, curious and protective of any lioness he knows.
His flaw- he instantly hates any adult male lion and is very wary of other males though there are some he does show respect for.

Daveigh – One of his first friends. To him, she’s friendly, nice, and very…spotty
