Chikuu Coco Holi Chikuu An OT5 is a play off of OTP (One-True Pairing)... Basically, it starts out with One-True, but if your pairing is a threesome... or more... you substitute the P with the number of people... So like, an Organization 13 orgy = OT13! Yeyz.
