* Is there any point in the series to date where Naruto joins ANBU, or if he does at all? I know in the doujin Illusions Lighting the Snow, he and Sasuke are ANBU members and seem a tad older, I would guess latter teen years.

* When Sasuke defected, did the village as a whole have any reaction?

* Just information on Orochimaru and his taking in Sasuke. I don't really know any details about them at all [I've not read far into the Manga (getting there though~) and I spoiled myself on Wikipedia, reading through Naruto and Sasuke's info pages to make sure none of them die later in the series (later from the perspective of where I currently am)]

Any information on the above topics would be a -huge- help. Thank you!! blaugh

... Answer the first question: No they haven't became ANBU, Naruto just got back from the Grass and now training.

2: I don't know, I kind of forgotton that part. It is unknown to me but I know that they now planning to kill Sasuke...

3: Orochimaru wants Sasuke's body for the Sharingan and Sasuke wants power.

I hope I give enough information, I'm sometimes nervous when I give information.... or spoilers.
