Ok, do certain elementa react differently to colds n such? Just outta curiousity cause i just caught something and it's killing me...

its a good question, usualy most common things (colds, fevers, mild flus) i have the 1st day it hits me hard, then the next week ill have it but mild enough to be able to be up and about

My experience is the same. My illnesses trigger and pass really quickly. I'll get mostsick very quickly about 12 hours after exposure to whatever. As long as it does not involve a fever, then it will die away in 24 hours or less, leaving me feeling slightly purified and a lil' sickie.

Interesting, I think I got this thing mid day on monday, yesterday I felt like skipping class, but atleast today i can use 1/2 my nose (yay breathing!) wait.. 3/4 of my nose. whoot!

Humm odd I do not get sick often or rarley at all. The last time I got sick whas about 10 years ago but it was very bad I was running 104 fever and well things started to do funny stuff like wave back at me. So I don't get sick very often but when I do its really bad.

Well, when I get sick, the symptoms primarily affect me when I first wake and before bed. Strange enough. The full effect lasts until it vanishes though, so it tortures me when that happens.
Otherwise, colds and such hardly bother me. If it's more than that. It tends to be like a ton of bricks. I suppose it throws off the balance too much.

That fits in with what I know of Shade Water, Mari. The thing about it being worst when going into or out of sleep mode.

Another thing it tends to do is come right near menstrual time. Go figure. One disaster after another.

i think ive had a cold for about a week or more now, its barely started to phase me, but like yall said any illness is very minute to me, but the only time it does strike is when its really strong and then im out for a couple of days, but im back to normal after that like nothing happend. oh well peace out
