Hey, everyone's gone through at least one horrible week. Not that that will make you feel any better. But, if you feel like asking God why, do so. And then sit and think and he may enlighten you as to why this is happening. Sometimes it seems impossible that any good will come of the situation but something will if you overcome. So, pray to God and ask him why and for strength. I'll keep you in my prayers heart

Sometimes screaming at Him can help. I wouldn't recommend it every time of course but sometimes life is too much for us and I think He understands when we feel overloaded. Go ahead and cry it out I'm sure you'll feel better and it'll help you calm down enough for real praying. smile

I'm a pretty creative person and if I were in that situation I'd doodle on paper my mother and father body stance, facial features, inside a home to show tone of home. Then I would draw on same paper mom and dad and tone of home the way I want it to be. I may even draw my friend somewhere on the page. Maybe in a thought bubble that I'm thinking of them. You know what you are going through best get creative.
Then after you have entitled each of the two picture scenes give the paper as a love note to your parents to show them you are conscerned and love them.
I've actually done this before when things got really tough in my life. For me my parents reaction was to immidiately sit down and discuss their plans on how they were going to try to change their yelling behaviors. Also there was a teacher in school that I did this with because her class was hard and frustrating. She liked my input sooo much she set up a meeting with the principle and I. She discussed her own frustrations with the class work and showed my picture as a representation of what the students in her class were feeling, and things changed.

We all have bad weeks sometimes they get pretty scary! The best thing to do is try and talk about your feelings with your parents or some one that you trust. Talking about things will help, maybe it won't solve the situation but it will help you deal with the situation a bit better. Have a prayer, read your scriptures and talk to a friend. Don't keep your feelings bottled up inside. You hurt and you need to express that but in a non destructive way. Life gets better.
