Keithing What he means is, you're not going to find anyone if you seem desperate and are contantly advertising it. Desperation makes people shy away. Save the flirting for someone you're actually interested in, and not just throwing it about carelessly, alright? sweatdrop What he MEANS is, we are all aware of this fact and do not need to be informed of such, particularly in a thread about something else entirely. He was trying to be funny and also completely clear with an uncomplicated meaning.

Keithing Izumi-san I don't know. Sometimes despirate people can be cute too. As well as openly flirting. Some people like that. I mean, I respond to that sometimes. I was going more along the lines of overbearingly desperate, where it becomes uncomfortable to be around the person. The flirting and desperation can be cute to a point, but it is so easy to overdo it. I get your point now. I've had that happen before. sweatdrop

Thanks for the welcome everyone! Well, I've actauly got something of my writing finnished. Mind you it's only a short story, so it's not the greatest, but I think it has potentail. It's not the best thing I've ever written but the topic intruiged me. Who knows, mabye someday I'll add on to it.....*zones out with a dreamly look on his face*......Oh! *snaps back to reality* Sorry sweatdrop heheh, anyway, if you want to read it you can pm me and I'll send it to you. Hey! That was really good! I liked it. The plot was nice and the story was well written. I liked it and would love to see it made longer if you do add to it.

Welcome. I'm a writer too..but I never seem to write anything.
I liked the story. The ending was a little abrupt, but nice. A nice, good ending. to a short short story.
