I and another Ria member would like to know if we are alowed to make Villains in this RP zone. Now when I say Villains... I mean as in they DO NOT attend Ria as students. So what i'm really asking is... as I allowed a character that is neithr a student, supervisor or staff or Ria High. Just a guy that there.

That's kinda funny... I already have a character sorta like that... I'm sure it's allowed! Anything to help with the plot!
