I found this recepie on Epicurious quite a while ago and just re-discovered it. It's easy and wonderful.
2T. (1/4 stick) butter 4 boneless chicken breast halves 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary (1/2 tsp dried) 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate thawed 1/3 cup canned chicken broth 2 T. brandy Orange slices to garnish
Melt butter in heavy skillet (I use my cast iron skillet) over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with rosemary, salt and pepper. Add chicken to skillet and saute until brown, about 3 minutes per side. Add orange juice concentrate, chicken broth and brandy and simmer until chicken is just cooked through, about 5 minutes (longer if you use bigger chicken breasts). Remove chicken to a platter and place in oven to keep warm. Boil pan juices until thickened into a sauce, stirring occasionally (about 5 minutes). Spoon sauce over chicken, garnish with orange slices and serve.

You're welcome. I serve this for company and I always get lots of compliments. I also have been known to substitute Jack Daniel's Whisky for the Brandy if I don't have any Brandy on hand. Either way it's delicious.
