He's...naming family members. It' probably something like..."TIME FOR DINNER HOES" cause then he says Itadakimasu, which is what one says before they eat. XD
yeah, I think he's trying to get everyone to come to dinner and stuff. Poor disgruntled housewife that he is. I love it. <33
the kanji at the bottom is "NANI YO?!" I think. It means, "WHAAAT?!"
