Honestly, for those of you that played GH2, I can't see anyone playing on Expert and getting all 100%s, or even half 100%s. I can see people getting it on GH1, but most of the songs are insanely hard to play on both.
I've FC'd 42 of the songs on expert. And ES942 from scorehero has gotten 57 FCs.
