I heard that Red XIII wasn't in AC much because his fur was very difficult to create and animate in CGI. no excuses! He was definitely cool! He had that awesome scene in ff7 where the statue of his dad started crying and he learned the truth of his father. Then he loses bugenhagen. Red XIII had it rough. I wish he could have used his flaming tail more, and some of the tatoos on his body were bad a**. I still wonder where he found a mate to give him cubs...
It's true, Realistic fur is very hard to do for CGI, so they had to put minimal scenes with him.
But now with PS3, it probably would be able to handle it a whole heck of alot easier than anything else.
Also, Red 13 was always the outcast in the group (by my standards) He wasn't close to anyone except Cloud, on a non-talking bond, and Aeris, in which case she died. I never did get to hear any of the english dubs for AC though, but I did like his original japanese voice... real calm and majestic.
