You need to use the supplied form, though, unless you have a NAMED team of 3 or more mew mews (especially if there's something different about them. For example, my mew mews are all part alien).

You do need to use the supplied form, unless it is a NAMED team(With a GOOD name, not 'my mew mews' or 'special mews'), and it must have at least 2 people. The last information that Cinna gave is not entirely true. Teams MUST have something different about them, let it be what they do(Fight for a different cause, fight against the mews but not with the aliens, etc.), are from a different place/time, Or are a different race(Just... No elves or anything like that unless you get it OKed with me first)
