Mmm, I dno't like the idea of an entry fee, just because I'm that type of person. I think that a lot of people who don't ahve as much gold would be turned off by an entry fee.

That's what we're debating, though. I think once our new subforum is up activity will be increased and therefore increase new members. So them having to pay would be extra motivation. :3

I think a small entry fee is acceptable, but anything above 400 to 500 or so will probably put people off. Personally, I'm not too sure.
I think if we focus on fostering worthwhile discussion and a strong sense of community, new users will feel more welcome and more open to posting in threads and such. We don't necessarily need an entry fee to make people think the guild is worthwhile.

I know, that was kinda the plan. 3nodding I wanted to wait until we got the new subforums established, then to add a small boster to new user activity have them pay a bit. This won't really go for everyone of course, but some will feel that way. Besides,our real problemis getting our current members active. e.e;;;;

ok I have one! on getting members active. I say that the mods should see who hasn't posted in a whild. notify them and in 10 days if they havn't posted! kick them out! dramallama
