I know this sounds kinda stupid anc cliche, but your best bet is to ask her what she thinks of you or telling her how you feel about her. I know this may sound very hard, but it's all mental. The easiest thing to do is to practice in front of a mirror. Also, think of the time you were most calm. (i.e. the day you found out that someone understands you)
It took me a while to figure this out, but now I can read people a little better than before and I know when to ask people things.
One last thing, *don't sweat it if they don't feel the same way*
If they don't like you it's not the end. If they don't like you, that's that. If they reject you for superficial reasons then you are too good for them to begin with. Too many people now seem to care more about physical features rather than the ability to relate to others and actually care about people, thus the increase of divorces in America.
Sorry for rambling on, I honestly hope this helps. I too used to fear going and asking people but it might disappear over time and if you keep your mind on not the now, but the future.

she is right but I have to tell you the best way to find out is to get to know her a little it that way you know if it is gonna work hense the reason I am dating a friend of seven years but we really care about each other so yeah
