I was always under the impression that the quicker you educate, the quicker they will know and the less ammount of time they spend being new.

The only thing I dun like about the graphic is I don't EVER remember Kiki's going for 3k. I think someone was smoking something when they made that graphic, or was drunk, and hit the wrong key.
