Shuffle! (シャッフル！, Shaffuru!?) is an eroge made by Navel for Microsoft Windows and for the Playstation 2 as enhanced remake Shuffle! On the Stage which removed the game's H scenes. It has also been adapted into a 24 episode anime series, which was shown on the WOWOW television network from July 7, 2005 to January 5, 2006.

There is also an official manga series named Shuffle! Days in the Bloom. It is another adaptation from the game and was released before the anime, but it is still running. As well as the manga and anime being based off the game, there are also Shuffle! characters novels (light novels), which contain one continuous storyline, and two spin-off games: Tick! Tack!, and Really? Really!.

The basic storyline to Shuffle! follows the romantic life of Rin Tsuchimi, a normal human, Japanese high schooler, who finds himself being sought after by a variety of girls. The world of Shuffle! consists of humans living in harmony with gods and demons. Despite their respective positive and negative connotations, both races are equally kind and good-natured. Rin soon finds himself as the potential marriage canditate for either Lisianthus or Nerine, the two daughters of the lords of the god world and demon world who recently transfered to Rin's school. In addition to them, he is also liked by his childhood friend Kaede, his senior Asa, and the mysterious Primula.

Asa Shigure (時雨亜沙, Shigure Asa?)
Asa Shigure is Rin's friend and senpai. While she actually has a very weak constitution, she makes up for it with her energetic personality. She uses English loan words often and is noteable for her "Hello!" greeting which is her catchphrase.

In the H game and anime Shuffle!, Asa Shigure (時雨亜沙, Shigure Asa?) is a senior attending Verbana Academy and is in her last year of high school.

This makes her at least 1 year older than Rin and Kaede and is good friends with both of them, having met when they met her while she was in Junior High. Taking Kaede under her wing, she trained Kaede to be an excellent cook like herself and as time passed by she would teach her some new recipes to try out for Rin. At the moment she currently lives with her mother. From time to time she'll flirt with Rin, tease him, and give him a nice big slap on the back. However, it was later revealed that there were numerous guys who had a secret crush on her. Nevertheless, nothing much came out of it as she rejected them and the show didn't delve any deeper into the issue. She was Nicknamed Shocking Shigure because while her cooking skills are amazing, she doesn't really look like one, much to her dismay.

Lisianthus/Kikyou (リシアンサス/キキョウ, Rishiansasu/Kikyou?)
Nicknamed Sia, Lisianthus is the daughter of the lord of the gods and came to the human world as a possible marriage candidate for Rin. She is energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing. Due to her absorbing her twin sister Kikyou's spirit at birth, she has also has a dissociative identity disorder. Kikyou is much more aggressive than Sia and can be told apart by her more focused facial expressions.

Lisianthus (リシアンサス, Lisianthus?), or Sia (シア, Sia?) for short, is a character from the H game and anime Shuffle!. She is a goddess from the god world attending Verbana Academy and came to the human world as a possible marriage candidate for Rin Tsuchimi. Though poorly skilled at academics, she has excellent cooking skills. Her magical capability is poor, but she makes up for it with brute force by hitting people with objects ranging from chairs to tables. She first met Rin when they were about 8 years old. Sia was separated from her father, and was crying. Rin cheered her up and kept her company until her father found her. It was at this point that she fell in love with him.
