I just want to clear things up right real quick for those who haven't noticed/heard about the clue.
"The kill's number is a combination of the square root of 25 and three times three."
A clue for round three's kill - from the sniper.
The square root of 25=5.
Three times three=9
59. That's me.
But Mr. Sniper was vague in his clue, so we didn't know if that was exactly what he meant. We know now that it was. Thanks a lot, Gteamers. But anyway.
We come to find that the first mentioned killed victim in the update was Juria-San, me. Obviously, I was crazed killed, since it didn't begin by saying anything about a bullet in the head.
This isn't EXACTLY unexpected, because both of them have threatened me at one point at that time: I questioned one of the CK AIM screen name's power, and s/he threatened to change his/her first kill to Juria. Obviously, s/he didn't. And then there was the Snipie clue that pointed to me. So either one of them killing me wouldn't be surprising. My first thought was that Snipie had lied about his clues, since I don't think MTX was even mentioned as being related to the clue - Chaotic and Kori were the other two possibilities that the creator of the warning thread came up with.
So then, I IM CK Game IX on AIM. There are two CK sns, so I don't think we can be sure that this is the real him/her, but either way, this is how conversation went:

Juria55555: You.
CK game IX: what?
Juria55555: Are you the real one?
CK game IX: yeah why?
Juria55555: YOU KILLED ME.
CK game IX: no I didn't
CK game IX: ???
Juria55555: Aren't you the CK?
CK game IX: yeah
CK game IX: but I killed MTX
Juria55555: In the updated he was sniped... Is Zae doing it backwards or something? @w@
CK game IX: he was
CK game IX: let me check
CK game IX: cause I said MTX
CK game IX: That's weird
CK game IX: Zae must have mixed it up XD

Haha. Great. Not a big deal, I suppose. Mr. Snipie IMed me with a similar conversation, simply stating how funny the situation was. Quite, indeed.
The sniper has said that s/he doesn't care that the kills are mixed up, I don't think it's a big deal to the CK, and I don't mind, either, so no one is pressuring Zae for a rewrite.
Mr. Snipes has just informed me that s/he PM'd Zae about it, and she mentioned something about an announcement. Pardon the double post if this is true.

Not a big deal, but I felt the need to clarify the situation:
Mr. Snipes wasn't lying about the clue,
and MTX, he didn't betray you, 'twas all the doing of teh CK =D

And to sum up Juria's annoying habit of long posting:

The kills were mixed up, I was meant to be sniped rather than killed, and MTX was the one that was crazed killed. We both died either way, but I think that both murderous parties want recognition for their own kill, anyway =D

Either way, MTX is still a d***o.

Anyway, actually guys Zae might not have made a mistake. The Sniper may have PMed Zae first saying MTX was the next to be killed and the CK was afterwards with the same request. Zae just took the CKs backup kill and boom! Mass confusion.

Maybe you guys should ask HER.

And I don't think it really matters to any of us, as a matter of fact, if it weren't for the mules and AIM no one would've even known in the first place xd

Lawl. First person to be killed by both the Sniper AND the CK technically? Well... Maybe not, there's still Nifi...
