Passion leads to strength, Strength leads to power, Power leads to victory, Let your passion flow through you, The Force shall set us free.
Rules
1. You are under my law, so you obey my rules. This means no god modding. Anyone who attempts to thwart my will will be banned. You have been warned!
2. Stick to TOS rules, please. This is for your benefit.
3. If you are a new member, you must post in the Introduction thread or post your own bio thread, so that a Master may choose you as a pupil. You will obey your Master and do as they say. The only way to acquire rank is through them and then a Trial through the Sith Temple.
4. Battle systems will be installed. Follow the rules. Those who are caught cheating are banned.
5. This is a literate RPing guild, so please do not make senseless posts. No bumping, humping, rate me threads, quest, "I'm selling..." or other ridiculous/sensless postings. Say what you have to have to say, otherwise be quite. Silence can be a powerful tool. Also, no n00b or l337 speak is allowed. Please use the English language to the best of your ability.
6. Since there are rankings, you must obey those that are above you, however, those found abusing this power will be punished as well.
7. You are allowed three strikes, unless the matter is serious, which you will be told if it is. If you are given three strikes you are permanently banned from the guild.
8. You may own a thread with a detailed account of your character. I would in fact encourage this to keep track of your progress. You may also put your quests and goals here, but NO BEGGING. Begging will add a strike against you. This thread is yours, so make it personal. I would suggest reserving 2-3 additional posts. TIP: If you need more than one post, please specify how many so that others are aware not to post until you are finished.
9. The type of threads that are allowed are RPing threads. They can deal with an adventure, a character, a story that you have written, humor, generally anything that isn't fluff. (This will be defined more as the guild progresses.)
10. Nobody shall harm a player/avatar without consensual agreement and ground rules. This includes violence against others by saying you severed a part of their body or forcefully using genitalia. The latter will be considered rape and by Gaia TOS rules, that is an automatic ban. You will be banned from the guild if you break TOS rules.
11. Swearing is allowed, but offensive and threatening words are not. This could lead to a strike against your character.
12. Do not threaten mods or those of a higher rank for not doing what you wanted.
13. Your abilities will be based on levels, which in turn will be decided by the Dark Council Members. There must be a difference in ability to achieve rank.
10. A Youngling cannot start training until a Master or Knight has chosen them. However, if there are not enough Masters or Knights or you want to start training right away, you may go in to the Obsidian Palace thread and ask Suki Kat to help you get started in your training. If this happens, you will be training in your own thread, with Suki Kat as your Master.
11. More rules will be added as the guild progresses.

Rules for Younglings 1. Always do as your Master tells you. They are wise in the ways of the force and have the knowledge you seek. 2. Show respect to those who rank you. 3. You must follow the regimen given to you by Sith Law. You will eventually acquire great power through posting, bring in recruits, and showing loyalty to your Master and The Emporeress.
4. Younglings will practice with the lightsabers their masters have let them borrow. When a Youngling becomes a Knight, then may they have their own lightsaber and choose the color of the lightsaber.
5. No begging for masters, at this time everyone is learning. If you wish to train you can either PM me and train in your own thread or you can start training at the Obsidian Palace thread.

Rules for Knights 1. First of all, follow the Rules of the Sith and gain strength in teaching yourself new techniques and acquiring wisdom from your Master. 2. You may have up to two younglings in your fold. It is up to you to decide how you wish to train them. I would suggest creating your own thread and bookmarking it. 3. Follow the law of the Council. If you are caught trying to usurp authority or stray from your mission. You will be brought before the Dark Council and your fate will be decided. 4. You may have one Hard Power, and maybe more if the Council permits it. 5. No begging to be a Master. The Dark Council will decide in due time who is ready to become one. However, you may petition to become a Master in the Petition Thread.

Rules for Dark Lords/Masters 1. Pretty much the rules are the same as the knights. Exceptions are: A. You may have more than 2 younglings and Knights in your care. B. You may have more than 3 Hard skills, as the Council Permits. C. You have the power over everyone except another Dark Lord and the Council. The Dark Council excedes all other ranks. 2. If you are a member of the Dark Council, you will be granted your own sticky, or your thread will be stickied. This is to show rank and so that everyone knows your rank.

Updated Information
By the end of July there will be a major razing of guild members. Here is the set-up. This will prevent inactive members from cluttering up the members list and for cluttering up the Who's Who thread and the guild threads in general.
You must do all of the following by the end of July to stay a member:
A. Write you own biography/training thread. This will help, especially in your training, seeing as the Obsidian Palace thread is getting out of hand.
B. You must have thirty or more posts in the guild.
