Skunch MindMage Atagamay We have one in out mall called Pocket Change. It's especially cool because Namco has owned it for the past few years. And that means Pac-Man prizes! whee I have a whole bunch of Pac-Man junk from there. Like a clock. CLOCK. It has blue neon around the face. It's fabulous. Say what?! eek
I would love to play at a Namco owned arcade, not only for those awesome prizes but imagine how many Tekken 5 and Soul Calibur 3 tournaments go on down there. Wow! We could both get totally owned! Me and my friend like to play Soul Calibur there. I kick his a**! xd

Nakah Dude those Happyland arcades in Chile are mad badass. A lot of the games are old school, but still, it's all top-tier. 3nodding I got to second that, I liked the fact that I could use my card in all of the different locations across Chile and the fact that they sold cold drinks there, it doesn't get much better than that. Another huge factor, especially in Chile was the fact that the machines actually worked which is a must in any decent arcade.
These arcades had a lot of different games, some new and some old classics. 3nodding

Mostly classics. 3nodding
But I was surprised at all the DDR variants they have there. Much more then the ones here. The other cool thing is that since a lot of the games are bought from Japan, the same codes that work there, work in Chile.

Man arcades down here suck gonk There's only one with some good old arcades and some of those big places that offer food and drinks called Dave & Busters and Game Works. D&B DOES have one good thing though, a multy-arcade cabinet that includes some Capcom Classics including Saturday Night Slam Masters included whee I got it on MAME though so I dont bother playing it there. I heard some guys with some ingenuity can turn their PC or soft-modded xbox into a real arcade. Just build Cabinet out of wood, paint it a bit and place xbox inside cabinet, lcd screen in screen opening in cabinet and voila you got your own personal arcade whee

Actually Jin, I think I know what your talking about. You see at Union station here in downtown Toronto, there's a small arcade and I noticed one day they had Street Fighter 2 Turbo playing. So I go again and I see they have some other game playing in the exact same cabinet, I'm all WTF.
Turns out you can pick what game you want to play, out of a list of 100 something or more. I even got a chance to play this Sailor Moon game that played out like Final Fight. 3nodding
It was Fire's idea, I swear. xd
