Does the person who buys from your nooks store to get nookingtons have to be off wifi or can you do ds-ds and make the person buy an item.

idk anything about wifi, but i got nookington's by having spent the required amount there, and by having one of my friends come to my town. they don't have to buy anything, just come to ur town.

Just have someone come to your town, and they can buy whatever they want, but they at least have to buy one item for it to work. And they must buy or sell the amount given.
