W burning_eyes w E w burning_eyes W almost 3 years on gaia for me its about time for my annual self evaluation. October 8th is my gaiaversery, Regretably I havent been able to post or play near as much as I wish I could.
Sir Vincent Can I ban the people that have zero posts? biggrin
OK to my real point of this thread, surely there are guilds that have died, and guild that have flurished over the 28 month that guilds have been active. Anyone who belongs to multiple guilds tell us what other guilds are doing to keep things regular other than hand out exlax candy bars on Halloween.

lol exlax candy bars is a good idea, but hey are expensive. and you would have to re-warp it because most kids arent retarded. but youd have to re-wrap it really good.
Back to the topic, I'm not in anyonther guilds, i was in one but then they kicked me out in 5 minutes,
I guess it was to just get my money. sad

Your gold from joining?
Nothing really gets done with that. It all sits there and no one gets access to it :/ It's really dumb.
I heard a long time ago they were going to be making updates and have it so that gold can actually be used, but this was ages ago.

yah Ive kind of lost my fire also, whens the last time any one seen mel. Im thinking we go the tough luv route we have discussed this before but couldnt go through with it, infact I sat on the other side of the fence.
So I think we should update the rules with a small catch 22 that says if you dont post with in 6 months you will be dropped from the guild, and to rejoin you will have to rerequest.
then to give everyone a fare chance, make an excel list of all the current 1. Members
2. How many posts they have
3. And guild join date
Then drop everyone with less than 50 posts.
then reinvite everyone who had more than 10 posts and who joined with in 2 months.
We should have a standard message for inviting people on a locked sticky when we devide up the list and start PMing er evrnn

I dunno... The guilds that I have seen that are successful tend to be ones that offer chances for people to get gold. It seems that is what everyone is focused on. haha.
