Is the all region music the same for the whole country or the state? Or is it all different??

The state....
That is why you make it to the state level....
not country, or national level....

Once you make state, they have different music to dtermine ranking. Other than that, all previous levels use the same region music in your state. I think ther music may differ state to state, though.

every state is different for all state....cause some states think that they should be on a higher level or what-not....every state has different music...or else...that would just be stupid...if everyone in every state had the same music...we might as well just make one band with people all over the US. i mean...yea..that would lower my chances a lot...and i would rather not do that....

Different states do different things. I know in Massachusetts that the All-State piece is completely different than the district piece (and even that varied across districts), so... it should be posted on the website.
