Special Abilities: weapons master (swords, knives, hand to hand, any tactical tech: night vision goggles, body armor, ect... guns ect.)
family ability of hypnosis and a "time slow" for myself ... only able to use during a half moon.
description of hypnosis ability: for example, if it is a half moon, i can hypnotize anyone with my eyes, they turn black (much like the underworld contacts, but with a white pupil) doesnt affect myself or my family.
description of "time slow" ability: during a half moon, i can "slow time" for myself, but to anyone else, it seems like i am moving at a doubled pace.

Special Abilities: Shadow cloak (an explosion of dark clouds, followed by invisibility)
Bullet step (one step that moves him up to 25 feet faster than a bullet, hard to describe)
Hightened senses (extremely good reflexes, can block a bullet if it is coming from far enough away.)
