Has anyone ever suggested a Ria Mentors Program? It could just be a group of students or maybe even a club dedicated to helping out the new fish on the board ICly by RPing with them, and OOCly by maybe suggesting ways to improve on roleplays and such. It'd be a good chance for those who haven't been here so long to maybe interact with people who are well established here which I think is really needed in this guild. Anyone else think this is a good idea or am I just talking out my rear here?

We tried this on another site I RP'ed on and it worked really well. I'd be more than happy to explain the set up we had just so you had a model to work with and all if you do decide to use this idea.

i think this idea is wonderful! even tough i'm not really the person to decide, it's still cool though and i hope mintgekkou does decide to go through with it, good luck!
