((Pardon the remarkably stupid name, t'was the first thing that came to mind ^_^; wink )
Sprawled out on the back of a large and plushy couch, Nanu was taking an almost-nap while enjoying the feel of the bright sunlight streaming in through the window on his fur. One eye half open and looking out into the gardens beyond the window, the while cat stretched out even further, purring quietly. This was the life!
Sneaking up to the door and peering cautiously around the corner a tiny little feline crept into the large lounge room and across the floor to the snoozing feline. Why did he have to pick the rooms that never had anyone in them, she wondered to herself, figuring that it made her life easier anyway. "Nanu...? Nanu... " Little Blue called softly, almost under her breath as she climbed up onto the couch and looked at her bigger friend. Being so small, she had a tendency of being bullied by the bigger and older children unless she stayed near Nanu, the bigger white feline acting as a deterrent to keep others from bothering her. "Nanu, are you just going to sleep here all day?"
Sighing into the couch cushions, Nanu did his best to ignore his 'little sister' for as long as he could. Dang it, always when he's trying to nap! He could even kind of understand of course, she was so much smaller then the other children, but why always during his naps? Tail flicking in irritation, he finally grumbled, "That was the idea Blue, why don't you try it sometime?"

(( *blinks*))
Kou walked around exploring the pound, which seemed to be eerily void of life today. Or maybe it was just all in his mind? The other children in the pound always seemed to be caught up in there own worlds, never seeming to notice the grey young cat and his identical twin sister.
Kopperia tagged along behind her brother frantically trying to keep up with her his quick pace, Why does he always have to walk so fast?, She thought to herself as she nearly bombarded into Kou as he came to a sudden halt at an open door, peering in behind his shoulder she saw two other cats, who looked to different to really be related to each other, talking to each other. The white Kitten on the couch looked like he had just been woken up from nap looked very irritable at the moment.
Kou really had'nt expected anyone to be inside at this time of day as alot of the other children were outside climbing trees and such.Curious He poked his head in through the door to get a closer look at the two young Kitties, they did'nt really look much older than him and Kopperia, especially the girl who was smaller than most of the kittens he had seen around the pound.

"But Nanu, I wanna go outside!" The tiny feline whined in exasperation, "All you ever do is lay down somewhere and sleep! Why not sleep outside?" Why did Nanu enjoy sleeping so much anyway, Little Blue wondered for what seemed like the millionth time. After all, he couldn't even be awake to enjoy being asleep!
Buring his head into the couch cushions, Nanu absently scratched at one of his ears. "Sleeping outside is okay I guess, but then my fur gets all dirty and I have to take a bath..." He grumbled unhappily. Baths meant he had to go in a tub full of water, yuck! Who'd ever want to do that? "Why don't you just go by yourself for once? Most of the other kids are out being shown off to humans for adoption today anyway."

Kou cringed as he overheard the word 'bath', Kou hated baths with a passion. water was just... ick to him. At the moment Kou would just rather stay inside than go outside where all those little goody-goods were putting on their best show for the prospective parents in hopes of being adopted. If i'm going to stay inside I might as well have some company... he thought to himself. He turned to Kopperia who was shifting her eyes around nervously looking at her blankly and frowned. Kopperia had no real friends and was often ignored by the other children at the pound. Maybe if he stayed with the other cat on the couch Kopperia could go outside and get to know the tiny feline kitten?
((sorry no Kopperia right now....I have no idea as to what she is thinking xd ))
