All 250lbs of badass
Never underestimate the power of a large, determined guy with some training under his belt. It's not like the movies.

Behave people,

Wolf mate, if you want to try down your weight i'd advise, cutting down on the carbs and increasing your protein intake as well as your fluid intake (water). As well as that spend at least 40 minutes 3 times a week doing light cardio exercis. If you want advise PM me, i'd be more than happy to help.

On a more cheerful note i've got me footage up!

Well I havent realy put much efert into it right now I have very little time and don't have a way to eat better foods. If I stuck with eating more fruits and vegetables I could probably do a lot but I can't stand eating like that for long. This summer I will be out of school for good and I plan to do some hard training like weights again run skip rope that stuff and my mom is on to the healthy food crap know so I wont have a choice I also plan to stop my damned addiction to pop that shits going to kill me.

I got a vid for every one who may not have seen it its Grandmaster Leung Ting doing some of the worst Wing Chun I have ever seen. Watch as the attacker stops just in time to get kicked in the leg.

That's bullshido at its finest. Although I suggest staying on topic and posting that in the media section.

Well one thing my teacher has said and I don't agree with is leg conditioning. He thinks that some one who kicks hard things to harden the leg will become cripled in there old age. He has said things like this is why you dont see older people doing things like Muay Thai or other styls that kick alot. Makes me want to kick him in the head.

How about the myth of a 250lb guy not being able to kick you in the face... The only thing worse then a big guy in a fight is a big guy who is trained and flexible from years of fencing.

Most of the myths that bug me are the ones about swordfighting.

Katanas slicing through other weapons
European longswords being unnecicarily heavy
Armor being unnecicarily heavy and cumbersome

and finally the most annoying myth of all

guns are for cowards who lack the skill to use a blade.

Just because it doesn't take much to pull a trigger doesn't mean firearms are a coward's weapon. Ask any soldier, cop or target shooter that he's unskilled/a coward or weak and see what happens. Shooting is as much a martial art as anything else.

Hand in hand with that is the bullshit that if a smaller guy gets into a wrestling/groundfighting match with a big guy, he's going to lose. Or that if he even gets into a fight with a big guy in general he'll ********. I've seen small guys ******** LAY out big hulking football players because the football players didn't know s**t about throwing a punch or wrestling.

Well yea... but take a 180lb black belt and have him fight a 280lb black belt. The fight won't last long.

There is a reason boxing, MMA and wrestling have wieght classes.

There's also a huge difference between an actual fight and a combat sport. While combat sports are the closest thing you'll get to a real fight, a real fight doesn't have gloves, illegal techniques, or a ref.

In a fight between a 280 lb guy and a 180 lb? I've got my money on the guy with more experience. You can be as big as you want, but if you're fighting someone who has more experience than you, it's pretty much always a tilt in their advantage.

Oh of course. However if you take a guy who has experience and is big against a guy with has experience and is small... I'd bet all my money on the big guy.

I dunno. After experience, training and technique come in pretty high regard. So it would depend on those factors as well.

I would put my money on whoever I thought was the smarter fighter. Small can be just as much as an advantage as it can be a disadvantage sometimes.
