Minna sat with her legs pulled up to her chest, long hair fluttering in the breeze. The sand was warm to her skin, so was the sun.
"How the hell did I end up here?", she thought aloud while a steady strem of tears rolled down her cheeks. It was very unlike her to even tear up.

Phoenix wandered around the island. He was always restless, due to his increased metabilism and desire to keep it up there.
He constantly went for jogs, though he never noticed much of anything wierd.
Except... He looked back at the figure he just passed. Cocking his head to the side, he reconized the shape and appearanced of the figure. It was a girl, and rather, the first and only girl he had seen for sometime.
Due to his nervousness and insecurity, he just simply stared at her, his solem, almost never changing face like a statue.

The sensation of someone stareing at her was intense. Slowly she lifted her head to glance behind her shoulder, and her eyes widened in shock at the massive man before her. With a quick swipe over her eyes she quickly shifted to look at him in full.
"Um....hi.", she called out.

As usual, he only gave a one word responce. He produced a canteen from his coat. The coat was a strange thing, it looked more like a suit of armor rather then a proper coat. Defently something one couldnt find at your local retail store.

She gave a snort, not much of a talker was this one. After standing, she straitened her short skirt, and strode her way to him. Once she got to a close enough range, she held out her hand,
"I'm Minna Knight, who are you?"
