For low levels, I think Toy Factory 2 is a really good place. The drops there are seriously love. <3 Not to mention all the nice cards that have the possibility of dropping.

Depends on how much flee you have. If you have a lot, say like a thief/sin, then it's really good. Also if you have a lot of life too.

If you can handle it, Sleepers is a good choice. The Great Natures sell to NPC's for about 1k a piece. And I think they vend for like...3k.
