If done properly Wolverine has massive potentioal for a stand alone movie... I'm hopeing it's more of an origans story about him with the Weapon X program and how he was probubly hunted by them when he broke free with his new adamantium claws......

X3 however was a pile, to put it bluntly. The writers contradicted them selfs god knows how many times... It was a major disapointment and I don't look forward to X4-6 (if the scripts ever make it to movie)

I thought X3 was just an excuse for FOX to put every other mutant in the Marvel universe in the movie.

Sorry Brett Ratner, but I favor character development over the ammount of characters in a movie.

Dude I loved X-Men and X-Men 2 even more not because they where like the comics, god knows that movie would end up worse than X3 (unless it was animated) The reason I thought X3 was so horrable was because the writers added tomany subplots that didn't have anything to do with the progression of the story, the director (I'm takeing the one who replaced Brian S.) did a horrable job and there are a number of continuity errors reguarding the first 2 x-men movies and the mutants abilities as far as thier powers are concered.

X3- I pretended I'd never read a single Marvel comic, and ignore all the bad bits, so it was great

Wolverine- oh god I reallty have had enough Wolverine to last a lifetime. It could be really good though

X3..
I'm sure if I ignored comic continueity, errors and flaws with the main characters, the under use of awesome characters (collosus, Angel, and the disservice done to Psylocke) the pointless subplots that went no where, and all the idiotic dialogue I'm sure I could've enjoyed it too.
But I couldn't. neutral

X3... from a movie goer point of view, it was nice.
From the Marvel Fan point of view, it was not good.

Killing Cyclops? Killing then reviving Xavier? Come on...
The only thing I really liks was Magneto by the end.
You KNOW you can´t de-power Magneto, dude!

Oh, like that's never happened in the comics.

X3 could have been so much more It had such POTENTIAL. But certain things should have been changed:

1. Bryan Singer, not Ratner. God, Singer was amazing.

2. If you don't have the budget to do a Sentinel properly, don't do it at all. Seriously, that scene was awful.

3. Halle Barry is a pretty bad actress, and honestly when a movie's this hyped you don't need her star power. When she started making demands, what you SHOULD have done is either write Storm out or replaced Halle. What you did instead is let her muscle her way into the script, dropping big speeches for her to speak at the end of already-finished scenes. Bad studio.

4. Less Rogue, more Kitty.

5. If you're going to promise an iceman vs Pyro battle, do it proper. You had a ******** massive budget, I'm sure you could have done better than them standing in one place shooting their respective element at the other.

On the whole, enjoyable, but could have and should have been so much more.

I didn't think it was all that bad. It was awesome but you know, movies always can be better. neutral I'm surprised no one mentioned Nightcrawler in here. (Did they?) Haha. Everyone was in an uproar over that. (Gambit's pretty cool though. crying )

Anyone notice Stan Lee in the movie? xd
